Peak Gear Supply

At Peak Gear Supply, we value transparency and fairness. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and dispute resolutions are handled to protect both our customers and our business.


Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of confirmed delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Items that show signs of wear, use, damage, or modification may be rejected.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, except in cases of verified defects:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care

  • Products missing original packaging, tags, or accessories


Return Authorization Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team within the 30-day return window.

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting images if requested.

  3. Upon approval, you will receive return instructions.

Unauthorized returns or returns sent without approval may be refused and returned to the sender.


Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as Peak Gear Supply is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


Refund Processing

  • All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only, in accordance with PayPal and Stripe policies.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection approval.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Customers must follow the same authorization process as returns.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will assess the claim and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.


International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping, customs fees, duties, and taxes.

  • Import duties and taxes paid to local authorities are non-refundable.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes (Important)

To comply with PayPal, Stripe, and card network regulations, please note:

  • Customers agree to contact Peak Gear Supply first to resolve any issues before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.

  • Filing a chargeback without attempting resolution through our support team may result in order cancellation, account suspension, or refusal of future service.

  • Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims, or abuse of the dispute process may be contested with evidence including tracking confirmation, delivery proof, and communication records.

  • Peak Gear Supply reserves the right to submit all relevant documentation to payment processors to defend against unjustified chargebacks.


Order Refusal & Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse returns that do not comply with this policy

  • Deny service to customers with repeated return abuse or fraudulent activity

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud or policy violations


Limitation of Liability

Refunds issued under this policy represent the sole remedy available to customers. Peak Gear Supply shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
